After your final reservation, 25% of the total price has to be payed within a week. Your reservation will then be confirmed. The price includes tourist tax (1,15 p.p.p.n.), linens, towels and cleaning costs. Cancellation costs - For cancellation within one month before starting your holiday, 25% of the total price; - For cancellation within one week before starting your holiday, 50% of the total price; - For cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price. Where applicable, the fee will be refunded pro rata, after deduction of administrative costs. Smoking and pets are not aloud. For an additional fee it is possible to use the washing machine and/or drier .
